Q. Where are the courses held.

A. Address for public venue courses is at SafeTSolutions training room, Construction Training Centre Precinct, 460-492 Beaudesert Rd, Salisbury, Brisbane. QLD.

Courses can also be arranged at your site. Please contact us to arrange.(minimum 6 persons)

 

Q. What recognition apply to these course?

A. All course are Nationally recognised and Statement of Attainment and credit card size card is issued upon completion of course.

 

Q. If I do not wish to register online, what do I do?

A. Download and print a registration form from www.safetsolutions.com.au/page5.html if you wish to register by fax or email.

 

Q. How do I obtain a written quote/pricelist?

Q. How do we know that you are a registered training organisation?

A. We are a registered training organisation RTO 32189.

 

Q. In which geographic areas do you operate?

A. We train anywhere in Australia.

 

Q. What are your fees for training on site?

A. Onsite training fees are typically $1750 per day (max 8 trainees) plus travel and accommodation costs if appropriate. Request a quote.

 

Q. How many students do you take per course?

A. Class numbers are typically limited to 8 or 10.

 

Q. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

A. Our refund policy is "Cancellation of a registration up to 7 days prior to course start day will attract a $100 flat fee cancellation fee. Cancellations after 7 days prior to course commencement will result in forfeiture of the course fee. "

Q. How long does a confined space refresher course take?

A. Confined Space Refresher course are done over one or one and a half days dependent on whether or not breathing apparatus refresher is required.

 

Q. Is rescue included in your confined space courses?

A. Confined space rescue training is included on a three day confined space course, see www.safetsolutions.com.au

 

Q. Who may attend a refresher course?

A. To be eligible (eligibility) to attend a reassessment/refresher course evidence must be provided of previous participation in approved Nationally Recognised courses.
