This course reassess competencies as per 2 day confined space course.

SafeTSolutions 1.5 or 2 Day Confined Space Reassessment Course. Competencies Issued: BCCCM1001C, BCCCM2009B, PMAOMIR217A & PMAOHS216B as appropriate

To be reassessed to the same level as the 3 day Confined Space course attend the one day Confined Space reassessment course as above as well as the half day breathing apparatus and half day gas monitoring courses facilitated separately..

SafeTSolutions 2  day Work in Confined Space course. Competencies issued: BCCCM1001C & BCCCM2009B.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

This describes the essential skills and knowledge, required for completion of this course. Upon completion participants must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of:

• The appropriate Commonwealth and/or State/Territory OHS legislation

• State and Territory interpretations of a confined space

• Worksite hazards

• Site and equipment safety requirements

• Personal protective equipment and clothing

• Worksite Signage

• Potential accidents and injuries

• Company procedures and regulations

• OH&S policies and procedures

• Appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures

• Materials Safety Data Sheets and materials handling methods

• Communication devices and common terminology

• JSA's/Safe work method statement

• Confined space entry and exit procedures, risks and regulations

• Air contaminants and toxic gases

• Breathing apparatus and limitations

• Equipment types, characteristics, technical capabilities and limitations

• Operational, maintenance and basic diagnostic procedures

• Site isolation and site control responsibilities and authorities

• Atmospheric monitoring devices
